SOLD! Lexington, Established Neighborhood

Buying a home is a huge transaction and moving is such an important transition in life.  It is such a blessing to walk through the process with people.  My most recent sale was a For Sale by Owner in the beautiful neighborhood of Woodcreek in Lexington listed for $204,000.

I have been looking at homes with this couple since late May when I met them at an open house.  They moved here from the Midwest and really liked the Woodcreek neighborhood.  This 1.5 story home has three bedrooms plus a large FROG and two bathrooms in 2225 square feet.  The dining room, foyer, family room, and kitchen feature gleaming mocha hardwood floors.  The white kitchen has quartz countertops and a nook with built-ins that looks out into the tiled sun room.  It's a great house in a great neighborhood, and I'm so happy for them.  I am sad, however, that I won't see them as much now.  Great people!
