Quick deals are great! They take a lot of work in a short period of time, but there isn't any waiting around. This contract was written on 9/5, accepted on 9/7 and closed on 9/19. When you add all the inspections and due diligence, it goes by quickly!
These clients are some of my favorites, they are wonderful people. They purchased a home in the spring, and then gave me a call to show them property when they decided to open a "Wellness Center." He is a chiropractor, she is a nutritionist. There will also be a massage therapist and some other specialties offered. Exciting!! I can't wait to become a patient when they open their doors in October.
